Additional photo requests are normal — they help reviewers reach a confident Authentic or Replica determination.
Reviewers may request extra images when angles are missing, blurry, or too dark — or when your model requires specific detail shots like serial areas or case backs.
How to respond quickly
- Retake in bright, indirect daylight
- Fill the frame on stamps and hardware
- Follow each label in the request exactly
- Upload as soon as possible to keep review moving
- Contact support if you cannot capture a required angle
