Select your item category, brand and model to see the authentication fee before you pay. If checkout does not complete, wait a moment and try again — your card is only charged when payment succeeds.
Photo upload help
Use the on-screen checklist for your item type. Well-lit, in-focus images of logos, serials, stitching and hardware help us complete review faster. We may request additional photos if needed.
Authentication status
Most results are completed within a few hours; complex items may take longer. When your result is ready, you will receive an email and can view details in your dashboard.
In-store support
Our team can walk you through authentication options and assist with submissions at the store when available.
For existing authentication orders, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

How LuvLuxe Authentication Works+
LuvLuxe provides online authentication based on the photos and item details you submit after checkout.
- Select your item — Pick category, brand, and model for your item, then pay securely to start your order.
- Submit photos — Sign in with your email and upload clear photos using the on-screen checklist for your item.
- Professional review — Qualified reviewers examine your submitted photos. If more information is needed, we may request additional images.
- Receive your result — Get an Authentic or Replica result, with a digital certificate when your authentication is complete.
Turnaround Time+
Most authentication results are completed within 3 to 6 hours.
Some orders may take up to 12 to 24 hours, especially for complex items, high-value items, missing photos, extra review or busy periods.

Photo Requirements+
Customers are responsible for submitting clear and accurate photos. Poor, blurry, incomplete or incorrect photos may delay the result. LuvLuxe may request additional photos if required.
Authentication certificate+
Where authentication is completed successfully, an authentication certificate may be issued for the submitted item only.
90-day certificate guarantee+
Eligible authentication certificates may include a 90-day financial guarantee under LuvLuxe terms and eligibility criteria, separate from the authentication service fee.

Due to the digital and service-based nature of authentication, all payments are final once an order has been submitted or processing has started.
Authentication Disclaimer+
Authentication depends on photo quality and information provided. Some items may be marked inconclusive if there is not enough evidence to complete authentication.
Privacy & Customer Data+
LuvLuxe collects details needed to process orders, support, invoices and certificates. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe.
